Use ZenFlow for mindful, personal drawing. These Terms explain your rights, subscriptions, and what we promise.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ZenFlow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of ZenFlow on iOS and Android. Continued use after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use ZenFlow on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App
- Use the App for commercial resale or service provision
- Bypass subscription gates or feature locks
- Remove or alter copyright or trademark notices
- Use the App for unlawful or abusive activity
3. Subscriptions & Payments
ZenFlow offers optional premium subscriptions managed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
ZenFlow for Android is available at Google Play.
- Billing: Charged to your Apple/Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: Manage or cancel anytime via Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions settings. No refunds for partial billing periods.
- Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
4. User Content & Local Storage
All drawings, mood check-ins, and session data are stored locally on your device.
We do not host, back up, or transmit your creative content to any server. You are solely responsible for backing up your local data. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or OS updates.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
ZenFlow is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with all devices, or that the App will meet your personal or therapeutic needs.
ZenFlow is a mindfulness and creative tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or medical advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenFlow and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, drawings, or device functionality arising from your use of the App.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its code, design, branding, and original assets are the intellectual property of ZenFlow and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Your drawings remain your creative property, but you grant us a limited licence to use anonymized, aggregated usage data for app improvement.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to ZenFlow if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the App. Subscription cancellations must be processed through Apple or Google.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
